Property Description
We built MILAN in 2008. The thatched cottage is located directly on Schlossgut Groß Schwansee in
a pretty ensemble of thatched houses on a cobbled street and was long
used only by ourselves. There is a lot of love in the house – you can see that not only at the
ecological elements such as loam plaster, sandstone tiles, cork floors and wooden lattice windows.
A geothermal floor heating provides comforting warmth. Upstairs there are three
Bedroom: a master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with two single beds each.
In addition, a small vestibule with a (sleeping) sofa with game table and TV, if the
Children get out of bed much sooner than their parents. And a generous shower room with two
Sink and plenty of space. In the converted, light-flooded attic there is a 25
m² large studio room with double bed, sofa and another small TV. The
Holiday house is modern and family friendly. It has a generous living /
Dining area with integrated kitchen, cozy stove and adjoining south-facing terrace with
Barbecue. The bathroom on the ground floor has a sauna, a Kaltwasserschwalldusche
additionally and a view protected exit to another terrace for the fresh air bath
after the sauna. Two parking spaces are located directly on the property. to
of course exclusive equipment includes a stereo system, on each floor a television,
a utility room with washer and dryer, and in the kitchen coffee maker,
Microwave and dishwasher. Fenced with a fancy Staketenzaun the house offers peace
and space – in the countryside on the Baltic Sea.
The beautiful thatched house MILAN, we have built of 2008. It is about 750 m away from the beach directly
the Schlossgut Gross Schwansee known to one of the finest natural stone streets of the region and was
previously used itself. There is much love in the house.
