The villa was built as a new building in Amelie ‘Mediterranean-style’ style, the apartments were rented for the first time in May 2007. From the absolutely quiet location on the ‘Binzer Sonnenhügel’ Klünder-mountain you need to center with restaurants, bars and cafes and the glorious sandy beach Binzer only 10 to 15 minute walk (15 minutes with children on their shoulders … ; O)
In the evening, you can sit by the end hustle and bustle of the holiday metropolis Binz the day in the evening sun terrace as the day ‘s events reminisce … ideally with a delicious glass’ Riesling Villa Amelie’.

The bedroom is separated by a historic, three-piece folding door from the living / dining room. This apartment is suitable for 2 adults and up to 2 small children. Please note that the sofa bed is in the living room and they are thus restricted in the evening program, should your kids sleep there.
