The sandy Baltic Sea beach is just a few minutes – then the best possible bathing or simply relax on the beach is possible.
The newly renovated 2-room ground floor apartment offers on 54 m² for max. 4 people a comfortable holiday home with free Wi-Fi for our guests. All floors were renewed by floor tiles in wood look. A new kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, and cooker hood were installed. Also new in the large living-dining room the Eßtich with 4 chairs, the sideboard and a showcase, the pull-out sofa bed and the rollable coffee table. In the kitchen you will also find a coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and a complete set of glasses, pots, dishes and cutlery. Of course, our guests have TV, stereo, Blue Ray player and board games. About the patio door leads from the living room to a terrace. There is a seating area with table and in the summer months a beach chair for our guests.
The daylight shower bath was also totally renewed. It is equipped with a glass shower cubicle, a vanity and a toilet. A hair dryer and a vanity mirror are also available. The towel radiator tops off the list.
The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with bedside and bedside lamps, a large closet, a wall-mounted TV. Bathroom and bedroom windows are with electr. equipped external blinds.
The hallway connects the rooms and can accommodate a large closet in which the cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, brooms, buckets, etc.) are located.
As for the car park our guests a free long-term parking space in the nearby parking garage (about 80 meters) is available. With the housing documents you get ‘on site’ a magnetic card that releases the parking garage access.
