The 100 year old house was renovated by us in the years 2003-20012 lovingly and tastefully furnished.
In our house there are two apartments, one of which we use the apartment on the ground floor itself (it can be rented on request) and the first floor apartment will rent to you.
Our apartment has an area of ??110m2. In all rooms is made of floorboards. The apartment has been lovingly furnished with soft wood furnishings, antiques and modern furniture in Scandinavian style.
In our apartment you will find 3 bedrooms (. 1 Room: 1 double bed 1,8x2m (plus 1 cot); . 2 Room: 1 double bed and single bed 1,6mx2m 1x2m; . 3 Room: 1 sofa bed and a cot 1,6mx2m 1,3mx0,8m. There are sleeping accommodations for 7 (8) adults and 2 children.
Clothes you can hang in a closet and there also store your luggage.
The bedroom with a sofa bed is set up as a nursery, here numerous toys (Find playhouse, Brio train, children’s books, games).
The kitchen is open and enters the Wohnessbereich. She is fully equipped with stove, oven and refrigerator and dishwasher.
The spacious living-dining area has a stereo.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub (shower in the bath possible).
In addition to the entrance on the ground floor there is a cloakroom with washing machine.
The house has central heating.
Doorstep are not allowed, just not allowed to smoke in the house.
