The house is beautifully situated on the west side of the island of Usedom. Dreamlike hiking and biking trails offer many opportunities for recreation and if you are lucky a hovering eagle over the width.
Our as “Nurdachhaus” designed detached holiday home has two bedrooms upstairs. A bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with twin beds that can be used as a double bed but. On the ground floor there is the bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and the living room with reading area, fireplace, TV, Blu-Ray player, DVD collection and a Nintendo Wii games console. From the living room leads to the upper floor and on the sun terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The entire ground floor has underfloor heating.
The house is located in the middle of a nature reserve and is located in close proximity to the backwaters. In only about 400m away there is a swimming area with children’s playground – fun for the entire family. Located next to the swimming area and boats can be hired for fishing or for water hikes. Through the extensive nature reserve and its sheltered position there is plenty of space and the urge to discover (the children) are no limits. For variety countless offers care on the island – including the just 30km away Erlebnishof “Charles Erdbeerhof”.
The Lieper angle invites walking and cycling (start directly from the house) and, sailing, golf and to feast in the nearby restaurants and pubs a. Here on Peenestrom the sunsets on the island are the most beautiful. The seaside resorts and sandy beaches can be reached in the near future.
