Welcome!
We are pleased about your interest in our lovingly furnished holiday home. Here on the edge of the picturesque Gutsdorf Dalwitz in the middle of the Mecklenburger Parkland you have from your terrace unobstructed view of extensive horse-pairs, a pond and the manor house. Our wellness massage practice, the workshop of the Mecklenburg Parkland Goldsmiths and the starting point of the Mecklenburg Parkland Safari as well as the local riding stables, a petting zoo with goats and calves and a small playground are right next door.
The Parkland House is a quiet home for your country holiday. (Our house is not available as partylocation!) Here you can enjoy on 88 m² over two floors with up to 5 people the most beautiful days of the year.
On the ground floor you will find a cloakroom and a fully equipped kitchen with fireplace for cozy evenings. Watch from the kitchen table the horses or the numerous birds at the pond. Also on this floor you will find a daylight bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine and the yellow room with satellite TV, which you can use as a living room or bedroom with two single beds.
Via a staircase you reach the romantic bedroom with double bed and dressing table and the small room with day bed, reading chair, desk and satellite TV. Also from here you can expect a wonderful view after awaking.
The spacious, partly covered terrace invites you to linger at any time of the day. Our tip: In a clear night with your loved ones, watch the starry sky again – here no stray light is disturbing the fabulous sight.
Bed linen and towels are provided for self-help and changed for a stay longer than a week on request. Toilet paper, garbage bags etc. can be found in sufficient quantity.
For our smallest guests we have travel cot, baby bath tub, potty, toilets attachment, stool, changing mat, two high chairs and dishes.
Parking spaces are available free of charge on the property.
For your relaxation, you will find a diverse wellness massage offer next door.

Hol- and Bringservice:
Would you like to travel by train or plane? No problem, the stations Ticino and Laage as well as the Baltic Sea airport Rostock-Laage are about 30 minutes by car from Dalwitz. For 30 euros we provide for your safe and punctual transfer back and forth.

Supply and catering
The small village shop in Dalwitz provides you with the essential food and things of daily life. You can find more shopping possibilities in the town of Ticino and Gnoien, which is about 15 minutes away by car. Here, in addition to supermarkets, there are also pharmacies, doctors, hairdressers, autowerk, petrol stations and other utilities.
You can eat well not only in the cafes and restaurants in Gnoien and Ticino, but also in the Dalwitzer Remise. These can be found in a 5-minute walk on the neighboring Gutsanlage.
