The 2-room apartment offers on 60 sqm enough space for a maximum of four people. So close to the Baltic Sea you can start and finish off the day perfectly on the two terraces of the apartment. The apartment has a connected living and dining area with integrated kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher), a friendly shower room with WC and a bedroom with comfortable double bed. A pull-out closet bed is located in the living area and here 2 other guests sleep their sleep.

The non-smoking apartment is also suitable for young families. A cot and a high chair are available in the apartment. A car parking is included and a flat-own washing machine is in the cellar of the house.

Expected by the end of 2020, guests of the seaside resort Boltenhagen can enjoy the new hotel with restaurant, a small spa and wellness area and a nice view. The price is valid for occupancy with two persons including additional costs. Each additional person 10,00 € per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. For a ten-night stay, the room service is included. The payment of the tourist tax is made upon arrival.

Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Tourist tax – the settlement of the tourist tax is made upon arrival. The health tax is € 2.10 per person per day for all persons aged 16 and over in the period from 01. 05. – 30. 09. Each year, reduced from 50% handicap is 1.00 euro and in the time from 01. 10 – 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
