The exclusive apartment “Meeresrauschen” (67sqm, 3 rooms) is located in the Villa Eleonore and is located only 300 meters from the fine sandy beach. The villa is part of the overall ensemble of the newly built “white villas in the spa style” in 2012 and is characterized by the charming and romantic bath-style architecture and fits in elegantly with the already existing house structure.
This stylish overall concept also continues in the apartment interior and in the color scheme of the apartment. The ground floor apartment offers everything you need for a successful holiday – whether as a couple to enjoy a relaxing holiday or well-deserved family holiday for all four. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room offers an extra bed for up to two additional persons.
The modern and high quality furnished apartment offers a bright and friendly bedroom with three-door wardrobe, plenty of storage space for suitcases or bags and also space for a baby bed.
The bathroom opposite is functionally equipped with toilet, a high quality shower cabin of a washing machine (Siemens) and a towel warmer.
In the second bedroom is a pull-out day bed available, which creates space for a game room or further retreat during the day.
The fully equipped kitchen (eg Oven, ceramic hob with touch display operation, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machines Senseo & Nespresso, toaster, kettle) leaves nothing to be desired. It is lovingly planned to the smallest detail and also allows the preparation of extensive menus. In the adjoining dining area invites a tasteful dining table for dining and a cozy get-together.
In the living room, the bright floor tiles with underfloor heating, the beige corner sofa, the white glass cabinet and the large, bright classic window front effectively underline the feel-good atmosphere.
On technical equipment they are allowed on a Samsung HD Sat TV (40 inches / 1 meter diagonal), a Sony hi-fi compact system (CD, radio, docking station for IPod and iPhone (4), a Samsung Blue-Ray / DVD player and a Children CD Player look forward. WLAN use is of course also included.
The spacious terrace leads to the garden for sole use. The sun-friendly south-west orientation of the apartment meets all Sonnenfreunden.
Secluded from public thoroughfares, you can relax using the terrace or the garden.
On request, we can provide you with a child equipment available (bed with blanket, high chair, Rausfallschutzsicherung, potty, toilet attachment, night lights).
