The 69-square-foot house with underfloor heating is suitable for two to four people who want to spend their holiday in a tasteful holiday home.

This comfortable three-bedroom house is divided into three levels and suitable for four people. In the open kitchen on the ground floor you will find a ceramic hob and a dishwasher and an oven. Coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle and toaster are also provided.
In the living room you can use TV, DVD player and stereo. In the cozy dining area for up to four sleeps. The guest bathroom is also located in the first Living level.
Over the first Upstairs you get into one of two bedrooms. This is equipped with a double bed and a cot. The second bedroom, located on the third level, there are two single beds. In the second level, there is next to the bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a bathtub. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
On the south terrace with garden furniture. In Abstellhaus you can store your bikes. Up to 2 pets are allowed (10, – € / per pet).

Cycles
On the property there is also a private lockable shed. Here bikes & Co. can be safely accommodated.
Bicycles you can in the village z. For example, you can borrow 15b from our co-partner “way2bike” in Ostseeallee. The fees depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental offers many more things around the bike, but also carts and much more. You can also use the pick-up and drop-off service from / to the holiday property. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
booking
The price is for double occupancy including utilities. Each additional person € 15.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for 9.00 € per set to do so. If you rent for 10 nights the room service is included. The settlement of tax due upon arrival.
Room service – includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.

Tourist tax – the settlement of the tax is due upon arrival. The tourist tax for all persons over 16 years in the period from 01 05th – 30 09th of each year 2.10 EUR per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 euros and in the period from 01 10 . – 30 04 of each year 1.50 EUR per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
