The beach is about 10 minutes walk. This bright apartment is divided over 2 floors and can accommodate a maximum of 2 persons. The entrance is on ground floor level and has a separate entrance. On the ground floor there is 1 cozy living room with integrated, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs there are 2 separate bedrooms and a WC. The beautiful south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities invites you to spend time outdoors. To the Baltic Sea beach is about 1.2 km (10 minutes). Enjoy the proximity of the Stadtwald, the beautiful white sand beach and the beautiful blue sea. Here you can make long beach walks, lounge, bath or play. Kühlungsborn offers relax possibilities at the wide beach the you can stroll on the beach promenade. The nearest shop is about 300m away. Take advantage of the sports and leisure activities at the holiday resort, such as the Minifreizeitpark, a concert garden with a summer tavern and an ice rink in winter as well as a water sports center.
