This beautiful apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house, via a staircase to the large balcony, you get into your separate entrance. The apartment has 1 cozy living room with direct access to the balcony, 1 open kitchen, 1 comfortable bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. On the farm live numerous animals, such as Approx. 135 cows incl. calves, 5 woolly pigs, 5 pigs, 2 small and 1 large pony, 1 dog and 2 cats. The children are welcome to ride on the tractor. The large lawn of the court offers plenty of space to play and romp. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resorts Rerik, Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm is about 12 km away. A child-friendly bathing lake in Satow is only 8 km away.
