In summer the heated outdoor pool of the plant is also often used for cooling.

Winter:
The spacious, family-friendly and snow-sure high alpine ski resort Grossglockner Resort – Kals is navigable and easily accessible by ski bus directly from Matrei.

The ski bus runs every 15 minutes from the Market Square (about 100 meters away from the apartment) directly to the gondola. Alternatively, you can drive the 1.5 km to the lift by car, parking spaces are available. The best infrastructure – bakeries and butchers in the immediate vicinity (100-300m).

A heated ski room with boot dryer is also available.
