Lovingly decorated furnishings in a country house style and accessories characterize our atmosphere. It is important for us to provide accomodations and a friendly atmosphere to our guests during their vacation. Holidays, where children and adults find a plenty of fun and recreation. You will certainly enjoy our sweet cherries, fresh-picked nuts and the rosy-red apples from our fruit garden. The Chiemgau alpine landscape satisfies the desire for harmony and balance. Relaxing and unwinding, feeling nature, absorbing the energy, breathing freely – you will find it all here. Enjoy the delicious, freshly-made “Kaiserschmarrn” (sweet Bavarian pancake), the home-made schnapps and the peaceful life in the country. Welcome the nature with a smile and it will give it back. The Fetznhof (manor house) with the Zuhäusl (guest house) is situated off-street on the edge of Markt Grassau, and very close to Lake Chiemsee and the important hiking trails, skiing & cycling centers. A very calm, sunny and romantic place. The perfect place to enjoy our fruit garden with flowers as well as the animals, meadows and alpine mountain panorama.
This comfortable holiday apartment with a separate entrance via the outdoor steps has two floors and is situated on the first storey. Approx 80 m². Bright, spacious rooms, warmly furnished with wood. The perfect place to relax with your family. Furnishings: Entrance hall, living room with a little kitchen ? dining room corner, pull- out sofa bed, TV, Mini- Hifi, safe, Internet – WLAN, kitchen furnishings, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, food processor, complete dish set, toddler, accessories throughout, Bathroom ? The apartment has a large, open east balcony with a great view of the mountain Hochgern & Schnappen and the meadows where you can see our cows grazing. On the second floor (attic) are the bedrooms: 1st bedroom with a double bed 2nd bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. East balcony with a beautiful view. Cot, babyphone, changing mat, gate on stair landing. Come in and feel at home. Just a few steps will lead you down to the garden meadow with a barbeque area and a separate rest ‘oasis’ area.
