Property Description
My apartment is a newly renovated and modern 2-room apartment in Markkleeberg just outside the fair city of Leipzig. With public transport (S-Bahn, Bus & TRAM) all hot spots of the city are within easy reach (Südvorstadt, Connewitz, center of Leipzig). The Neusseenland with the Markkleeberger and Cospudener See are just a few minutes away and also easily reached by foot or bike.
In the apartment is a fully equipped open plan kitchen. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons. The bedroom has a large double bed and a cot. The bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower.
For rainy evenings, the living room offers a selection of board games, as well as a TV with DVBT2, AppleTV, Amazone prime and EUROSPORT player connection.
Towels, hair dryer and bed linen are provided free of charge.
The office of my company is located on the ground floor. A contact person for all questions can be reached Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Key collection takes place either personally (in the week from 8:00 to 17:00 in the office on the ground floor) or in the key safe.
