Our 2 room apartment is modern and comfortable. You have a complete kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, cooker. United dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery are abundant. Dishtowels, also spices, tea, sugar, see before. A large dining table with four armchairs are near the kitchenette. A cozy sitting area invites you to relax. With many lights you can produce the desired light always. You sit in front of floor to ceiling windows. From there you have a look into our little green home garden.
The couch can be used as an extra bed. You (HD) TV, DVD, radio with CD. On request we provide CDs for use. Free WIFI.
The bathroom with shower and toilet is modern, there is plenty of hooks and shelves and a hair dryer. Bath towels are available for you and are changed according to your wishes.
The bedroom offers a large comfortable bed (2mx2m) with back-friendly mattresses, headboards, height adjustable and reading lamps. A comfortably furnished with

The apartment has a small vestibule.
Since you do not have a balcony, you can have a big separate part of our roof terrace. 2 Stock alone use. These can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. You have a table and multi-position armchairs. A barbecue and umbrella are available.
A full breakfast is available on request in this take in our Erzgebirgisch-style breakfast room with fireplace one.
You live in the middle of the historic old town in a quiet side street, in 5 minutes you are on our beautiful market place. You have easy access by bus to the surrounding area
The modern water park “Aqua-Marien” can be reached in 10 minutes, it is a very special holiday experience. Wellness and health treatments are also 7 km away Thermal possible.
