Our spacious holiday home is located at 1000 m altitude near Hinterthal am Hochkönig – one of the most beautiful regions of Salzburg, surrounded by pastures and mountains.
The beautiful, detached house for 8 people is about
5 min (by car) from the center of Hinterthal and Maria Alm is about 3 km.
Not only the location, but also the whole house invite you to feel good and relax. It is very spacious with 220 sqm on 2 levels. It is very cozy and furnished with every comfort.
On the upper floor is a large bright living room about 60 square meters with fireplace, TV (flat screen) Wi-Fi, telephone where an open modern kitchen is connected. This is equipped with electric cooker (oven), dishwasher, refrigerator m. Freezer, coffee machine, coffee filter, kettle, toaster, fondue cooker and many other accessories. Furthermore, upstairs are 2 pretty double rooms with bathroom and direct exit to the balcony.
From the living room you go directly to the large covered terrace. Here is a barbecue – on the ground floor are also 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and direct access to the garden and the sauna + spa area + 1shower room with toilet, washing machine + dryer. This is also the entrance area directly from the parking lot. Can be used as a skistadl in winter.
Winter fun:
Skiing with over 30 departures from Maria Alm to Mühlbach, with the ski bus directly in front of the house, which is free with a ski pass, or cross-country skiing in Maria Alm and Hinterthal. A toboggan run is in Saalfelden
Summer fun:
100 m from the house Alm hiking Easy or demanding tours by foot or mountain bike, directly in front of the house in the woods mushroom picking or picking blueberries on the heaps.
Also, the mountain stream in the Hinterthal invites you to swim, play and barbecue, a beautiful natural swimming lake is in Saalfelden about 7 km from us, and a swimming pool in Maria Alm or Saalfelden. With a fishing license (available at the community) you can fish for trout in the creek in front of our house.
