This wonderful holiday home, which houses several apartments, is located just outside the pleasant town of Maria Alm, in a neighbourhood called Almdorf. Your apartment is situated on the first floor and features a high-quality, luxury interior. Upon entering your apartment, you’ll immediately notice how spacious it is. You’ll have a large living room with modern, open kitchen as well as 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal. The living room offers direct access to the south-facing balcony. In summer, the 300-m2, natural swimming pond is a great place to cool down. It’s a wonderful, unique place to spend a lazy day. You can also make use of the communal garden, which features a trampoline. In winter you can enjoy the nearby Hinterreit ski lift and piste. This is a small ski resort that is popular with families. This slope is also used as a practice slope for international skiing teams, maybe you will run into someone famous! And with the free ski bus (bus stop within 200m), it only takes a few minutes to get to a larger skiing area, which boasts a total of 150 km of pistes. Maria Alm is located in the heart of the Salzburgerland region, a stone’s throw away from the skiing areas of Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach Hinterglemm, as well as the city of Salzburg. The perfect holiday destination, both in winter and in summer. Please note: upon arrival, guests receive the Hochkönigcard, which offers free access to a range of facilities, including the hiking bus, lifts in Maria Alm (summer only), swimming pool and tennis court.
