In addition, you have 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, sufficient wardrobe space and a balcony, 2 bathrooms, 1 with a bathtub, and especially for the children there is a (child’s) bedroom on the higher level. Due to the size and the height of the bedroom, this is best suited for children. This residence is suitable for 4 adults and 4 children, or 6 adults. (More adults will not be accepted by the owner). The view around it is fantastic. You have an unobstructed view on the Hochkönig, the village with its pointed church towers or one of the many meadows. The idyllic guaranteed snow village of Maria Alm is situated at the foot of the Hochkönig, at an elevation of 800 metres. The ski area of Hochkönig has 150 km of pistes and is a part of Skiamadé. In addition to skiing you can also walk and sled. There is a wide network of Nordic tracks which makes Maria Alm an ideal winter sports destination. Maria Alm offers activities in all seasons. The beautiful nature, and many walking paths, mountain bike trails or one of the many beautiful manicured golf courses assure that the village is worth a visit any time of year.
