Equipped to the highest standard with everything you could need. The biggest bonus is its perfect location right in the village centre, ideal for restaurants/bars & lifts etc. Stunning views from every window, watch skiers from a distance on the terrace. The apartment is luxurious and a real home from home. Its layout works perfectly for families who like to share providing lots of space & some privacy or those small families who like extra room (N.B our prices are in line with many much smaller 2 bedroom properties). The apartment sleeps 8 (10 if additional small children/babies) very comfortably and without the use of pull out or sofa beds. We only let to groups of ten when party includes young children) Please note we don’t accept large all adult groups/teenage groups. Unusually for Austria our prices are inclusive of linen and end of stay cleaning (no hidden costs) we also include many complimentary extras i.e dishwasher tablets/toilet rolls for your convenience. Maria Alm forms part of the beautiful Hochkoenig Region with excellent snow records this area has visitors return year after year. This area featured recently in ‘The Daily Mail Ski and Snowboard Magazine’ receiving excellent reviews and referred to as ‘Austria’s best kept secret’ 52 easy runs, 83 intermediate and 15 difficult. This Region forms part of the ‘Ski Amade Region’, 865km of well groomed slopes (276 lifts and 25 resorts all under 1 lift pass). This area has also received excellent ratings from ‘The Where to Ski and Snowboard Magazine’ higher than many of the more famous resorts in Austria. Many of our guests return annually both winter and summer with 100% positive feedback. The
apartment is well maintained and kept immaculate. We typically rent out to small groups or families sharing with young children/grandparents/friends or another small family. Please note: This is not a party apartment and is located in a quiet house, for that reason we do not overfill or take bookings from large all adult groups.
