Stamatia’s House is an attractive new semi detached house set in private grounds, having lovely views of the bay and surrounding mountains and located in a delightful position, in the heart of the island at the picturesque port of Agia Efimia 5km of the famous Myrtos Beach. In walking distance you can find beautiful beaches, many traditional taverns, shops, markets, coffee shops and bars as well as a post office, a pharmacy, boat and bike rental, ATM and a tourist information office. Guests here have additional facilities. The property is owned by Mr. & Mrs. Gonatas a delightful elderly couple who are the next door neighbours. They value privacy and the traditions of ‘old style’ Greek hospitality; a very warm welcome awaits all our guests. They also own the Gonatas Hotel which is few steps away and all guests at Stamatia’s House have free unlimited use of the Gonatas Hotel pool and pool area facilities. Additionally, if required, breakfast can be taken at the hotel for a small charge, payable locally.
