Ideally located to explore this stunning island of Kefalonia. 5 minutes drive easterly takes you into Agia Efemia which has become a hotspot for the sailing community and hosts a varied selection of tavernas serving freshly made traditional and local dishes – sit back and watch the world go by. 10 minutes drive westerly takes you to one of the most photographed beaches in the world – Mirtos.
Each villa sleeps 6 people. Enter the main door to the property and you walk into the beautifully finished and relaxing living area with double patio doors leading to balcony / terraced area. TV and audio equipment included. The open plan design leads to the interior dining and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen boasts electric oven, hob & extractor, fridge freezer & dish washer. The washing machine is located in the lower ground floor along with an additional bathroom.
Also on this level you will find a WC and the twin bedroom. The upper level is home to 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with wet-room. 1 of the bedrooms has a separate balcony while the other has access to the communal upper shaded terrace along with further access via double patio doors on the upper landing area. Ideal for rest bite from the sun – sit back and soak up the natural beauty and tranquillity. All the bedrooms are fitted with large wardrobes.
The villa has a private pool – 7.5m x 4.5m dimensions set in landscaped gardens.
The lower villa has a table tennis in the downstairs games room.The upper communal terrace is westerly facing. Due to location and slight elevation you will experience un-interrupted sunshine and spectacular sunsets.
