In the hallway is a cloakroom with bench. In built-in wardrobe is a safe, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, first aid kit, umbrella.
On the covered balcony there is a table (with ashtray) and 2 chairs.
In the laundry room is a Miele washer and dryer coin.
For entertainment, there are several board – and card games. With the electric shutters you can darken the living room.
The apartment is not suitable for children under 6 years.
There are free parking spaces for visitors and if more is from approximately 250 m on the road. Underground parking can be rented for € 5 per day, 30 € per week, 100 € per month, to be paid at check-in bar.
The apartment is located in a cul de sac with lots of greenery. The bus stop is about 250m away. During the day, every 10 minutes a bus to the center (14 minutes). By car only about 8 minutes. Park homes are plentiful. The Rhine (Schloss Biebrich) only 5 minutes by car. The Schiersteiner marina with the stork colony is located approximately 10 minutes by car. The bakery is 350m, a kiosk and a 400m Diner 250m. To gas station drive for about 1 minute and the supermarket about 2 minutes by car. The connection to the freeway 66 Frankfurt / Rudesheim and the 643 direction Mainz is very good (about 3 min.). The investor for Navigation on the Rhine has been reached in 5 minutes by car. From Central Station you may very well come to the Frankfurt airport (about 40 min. S-Bahn, 25 min. Car). Frankfurt is about 10 minutes longer.
Our Service: We pick you up by appointment for free from the Wiesbaden Central Station.
For your first aid with food we buy according to your wishes. You only pay for the goods upon check-in.
For visits at the spa, outdoor pool and sauna, we provide 1 towel per person available.
For questions and assistance we are open daily from 10. 00 am to 20. 00 clock clock via telephone.
House Rules: Non smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony. No pets. No party. Please always room volume.
When handing over the keys a Mietprotokoll is made. ID not forget.
