The ‘Small Lindenhof’ is a former farmhouse which was its operators late 70s became too small and has since been used as a holiday home. The farm was established in 1992 and extensively renovated since also renovated.
The house is located in an absolutely secluded location and offers beautiful views all around in the surrounding countryside and the nearby forest. The feeder path serves only the connection of the house and the farm tender (pastures), the next thoroughfare is 600 meters as the crow flies.
The house has a large double garage and a spacious terrace with outdoor seating.
Upstairs the house has three bedrooms with a total of 8 beds and 1 baby cot and a guest toilet.
On the ground floor there is a large dining room with extendable table and can accommodate up to 10 people (incl. Children), a kitchen with table and four chairs, and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Also downstairs is adjacent to the dining room, a living room and study, furnished with a large work desk, sofa, armchairs, and TV.
It is a Non smoking home, in the house may not be smoked.
The Dogs are not possible during the time of the hay harvest (summer months).
