Spend your holidays in Lüneburg in our charming, renovated in early 2017 apartment for up to 4 people in a beautiful town villa in close proximity to the train station (300 m), to stint (about 5 minutes) and the market square (about 10 min .) The apartment is located on the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, stove, oven, small fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), a spacious, bright living room (TV) and large dining area. Furthermore, the apartment has 2 bedrooms (SZ1: 1 x double bed, 1,80×2 m and SZ2: sofa: 1,40mx2m) and a new shower room / WC. A spacious entrance hall with hall makes the apartment complete.
On the terrace you can relax after a busy day. A bicycle in the courtyard and free parking in front of the house in the grounds will make your vacation perfect. Due to the wooden floors and tiles allergy sufferers, non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed .
The rental will be suspended until the end of June 2018 due to renovations in the house. Afterwards we look forward to our guests.

From the third Person Extra bed per person and night: € 11,50
plus. Final cleaning € 45 and Beherbungssteuer the city of Lüneburg (currently 4% on the rental price).
