Our new modern 3-room apartment with high quality furnished living room is located in the heart of Lüneburg, in the beautiful district Wilschenbruch.
The entire apartment is designed with a pleasant design floor that is both modern and cozy at the same time.
The large bedroom has a double bed in the size of 180 x 200 cm and a large closet that offers plenty of Plartz.
The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of size 90 x 200 cm and also a spacious closet.
The spacious living / dining room features a 49 inch UHD flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player with a large selection of DVDs.
Throughout the apartment you will receive internet via Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The shower room with hair dryer is small but nice, modern and like the rest of the apartment also completely refurbished.
A small balcony completes the overall picture of the apartment.
Washer and dryer are in the basement and are always available. Also in the basement are 2 bikes (size 26 and 28 inches), which can be used gladly.
By bike, the beautiful city center of Lüneburg can be reached in 10 minutes. The train station Lüneburg can be reached by bike in 10 minutes on a beautiful bike path along the Ilmenau. By train in 30 minutes in the city center of Hamburg, a city that is always worth a visit!
On request, we are happy to provide a highchair or a toddler high chair available. Also on request we can set up a baby travel cot for you.
Bed linen, towels, we provide gladly available, they will be charged separately as well as the final cleaning. You can park in front of the house.

In just 3 km you reach the historic water district Lüneburg (called “Stint”) in which numerous restaurants and cafes invite you to linger. From here, it is only a few steps to the city center of Lueneburg where numerous opportunities to “shop” and “stroll” invite. For the evening of the evening, the Schröderstraße with its restaurants, bars and trendy bars offers.
The apartment is located directly on the nature reserve “Lüneburg Ilmenauniederungen with Tiergarten” in the district Lüneburg Wilschenbruch. Wilschenbruch is the smallest district of Lüneburg.
