From our apartment in the old Lübeck town house from the year 1910, we have created a retreat for our guests. Many furniture and lamps are self-built, the bathroom is newly renovated and the decor is lovingly designed, in short: our heart is in these four walls!
The apartment “Phenicia” is located on the third floor, 51 steps bring our guests into the light flooded 2-room old apartment and thus to their well-deserved holiday resort. The apartment is generously designed with its 60 m². The bedroom has a large pine bed and the old plank floor. Even a cot can be easily accommodated here. The living room is modern and welcomes guests due to the home-made furniture with a very special charm, two couch elements can be converted into two additional beds, which are ideal for older children and adults. Free Wi-Fi, TV, DVD player and radio as well as countless novels make sure that the guests are not in a bad mood on rainy days. The kitchen is fully equipped and visitors can enjoy coffee and blossom tea from Lebanon. Also for food such as oil, salt and spices is taken care of. The bathroom was renovated in April 2017, and is equipped with the usual comfort with a washing machine. Special highlight are the two balconies; our guests enjoy on the one hand a sunny breakfast and on the other side sunbathing in the afternoon hours. Two guest bikes and maps for the surrounding area can be borrowed free of charge.
Our apartment is located in the beautiful Lilienstraße and is only 1 kilometer from the city center, the Trave can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and bus stops and supermarkets are just around the corner.
With its location, the apartment is the ideal starting point to explore the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, the Baltic Sea and the surrounding countryside.
