Historic old town house in the heart of Lübeck

4 People|1 Bedrooms|

Property Description

If you pass under the town house No. 38 in the Fischergrube, you get into the own world of the Lüngreengang. The size of the passage was ‘at least one coffin size’ regulated. Now you are on a quiet footpath – right are small, individual houses, formerly called stalls.

The Lüngreengang has as an exception in Lübeck quite large houses. The captain’s house offers at least 75 m² on three floors. It is the ganghouse number 7.

A high residential hall of the 17. Century welcomes you on entering – equipped with antique Gothlandbodenplatten, an open fitted kitchen that separates a bar from the dining area. Opposite the dining area is the beautiful Danish stove. We have deliberately preserved the historic flair with various stylistic elements such as the exposed beam ceiling, interior framework, white-washed monastic format stones, white style doors and beautiful old staircases so that you can enjoy Lübeck’s historic flair in this house.

On the first floor you will find the bright living room. A cozy couch with ottoman, which can be transformed into a bed, invites you to relax. A new flat screen is available here. On the same floor you will find the shower room.

In the open-plan attic, which can be reached via the original staircase, you sleep comfortably under the high gable. Velux roof windows provide enough light and air. Here is – as in the living room – enough space for an extra cot.

Please understand that in the captain’s house pets are not allowed and smoking in the house is prohibited.
