Spacious, top-equipped apartment for up to 5 people + baby over two floors in a farm house in the district of Rostock, about 30 km southwest of the Hanseatic city. It is located in a quiet rural location some km south of the exit Kröpelin on the Baltic Sea motorway A 20. To Rostock, Kühlungsborn, Rerik or Wismar you need about half an hour by car. The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor. OG and has a separate entrance. On the 1. Floor heating. Living / dining room with 1 double sofa bed, satellite-TV and air-conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. The second level can be reached via a room part (not suitable for very small children and handicapped persons). There is another bedroom with double bed or two single beds as well as a guest toilet and an open area for playing, reading or relaxing. A cot and a high chair can be provided on request free of charge.
Due to the location in the listed building the apartment is unfortunately not handicapped accessible.

4 new bicycles and two children’s bicycles are provided on request, with which you can travel on little, but still well-developed rural roads and (forest) because of the area can explore.

Radius of 50 km you will find cities like Rostock, Warnemünde, Schwerin, Güstrow, Wismar, Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn, Rerik, Heiligendamm, Bützow, Kröpelin and Neukloster the island of Poel, which are among the most beautiful holiday destinations in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
By car you can reach the beach of Kühlungsborn, Rerik or Heiligendamm in about half an hour, Warnemünde and the beaches on Poel in about 45 minutes.
Beautiful, quiet bathing lakes can be reached easily by bicycle, but of course also by car: Kurzen Trechow (Lake Trechower) and Klein Sien (Lake Großtessiner See) each 7 km, Bützow (Großer Rühner See) 12 km.
In the neighboring village (about 1.5 km) there is a village shop, which is open six days a week and offers besides a small snack offer as well as coffee and cake predominantly regional and ecologically produced products.
Numerous other shopping opportunities can be found in Satow and Bützow.
There is a cinema, several restaurants, the recreation area on the island lake with boat trips to the district town of Güstrow, 30 km away from the famous “Barlachgedenkstätte”, the Renaissanceschloss, the parish church and the cathedral, where the Barlach “Der Schwebende” and a pedal boat rental, a year-round open-air swimming pool and the Naturpark MV with predominantly native and formerly native animals (wolves, bears, lynxes, owls, Auerochsen and many more).
In half an hour you can reach the Hansestadt Rostock, the largest city in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The historic old town with numerous restaurants and pubs, the shopping mile in the city center and the town center invite you to stroll. From the overseas port, you can take the ferry with or without a car a day trip to Denmark. A visit to Warnemünde, probably the best-known beach in the Baltic Sea, with its miles of white beach, the pedestrian mile on the “Alter Strom” or the cruise terminal are also a must.
The state capital of Schwerin is about 60 km away and has something to offer in all seasons: castle, theater – in the summer also open air performances of famous operas, zoo, shopping, restaurants and of course the seven lakes where water sports and nature lovers fully their costs.
You can relax with us, but also just relax and enjoy the sun on the 12th-000-m²-area, or watch the hedgehog on the “hunt” or on the attic in the evening dwelling bats in the twilight and later return.
