The house is located in a small holiday village right on the Groß Labenzer See with boat, on its own boat dock. Only 20 meters away is a lake. The cottage for 3 persons has a cozy living room with satellite TV and radio. On colder days, a wood-burning stove or a portable electric radiator ensures cozy warmth. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. The house is located in Klein Labenz, in an idyllic location, directly on the Groß Labenzer See. The own jetty is only used by the owners and the holiday guests. From the jetty a small staircase leads to the bath in the cool water. A parking space is located on the fenced plot. On the partially covered, fully equipped with garden furniture and a Hollywood swing terrace you can relax and spend nice evenings on the grill. You will enjoy the beautiful flower garden and the view to the See.Im Preis the use of the rowing boat included. The house offers especially for anglers many opportunities, carp, pike, perch and eels. On a filleting place at the lake the fish can be crushed. In addition to the house is a large canopy for storing all sorts of fishing equipment. Approximately 800 m away there is a free beach with sunbathing area, children’s playground and kiosk. Good shopping for your daily needs can be found in Warin, about 3 km away. The Baltic Sea beach on the island of Poel is 45 minutes by car. In the vicinity of your accommodation there are many beautiful hiking and biking trails. Also visit the historic Hanseatic cities of Wismar, Rostock and Lübeck, it’s worth it!
