The property is surrounded by a fence. The owner lives in a separate building on the same property. The apartments BRA SPR 007 (2 x 4 persons), BRA SPR 006 (2 x 3 persons) and BRA SPR 007 (2 x 2 persons) are located on the same horse farm. If you are interested in a riding lesson, please register this already when booking the apartment. To collective use available: reception (24 hours service), terrace, children’s playground, swing, sandpit, climbing scaffold, garden furniture, barbecue possibilities, campfire place and court. Further equipment: You pay in the comfort of BAR with us! Book your riding lessons and trail rides on time! Horse friends are welcome with or without a horse. Horses and horse box also for borrowing. Ground floor: Living/bedroom with sitting area and tv. cooking nook in the living room with dinette, (ceran stove, 2 cooking plates), extractor hood, refrigerator, coffee machine and electric water jug. bathroom with shower and WC. Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 additional beds bunk bed (upstairs) (only for children under 11 years). In the holiday apartment is smoking not allowed. Pets: nicht erlaubt.
