The kitchen has, among other things, a gas cooker, dishwasher and a Tassimo machine.
All sights of the city can be reached quickly, whether by private or public transport. The fastest way is by car or bike. Due to the connection to the public transport you can also easily get by bus to the station or to the city. Some sights such as the fishing port are also within walking distance.
The house from the 1950s is located in a very quiet street, which is only one-sided, which allows a great wide view. It has been renovated and rehabilitated gradually in the last years inside and outside. The bathroom has been renovated since February 2016.
