Your apartment is located in a 2 – family house on the ground floor (the landlord lives in the 1. Floor) on a 10 000 sqm large, enclosed and non-visible property …. surrounded by trees, hedges and shrubs … overlooking a small natural lake.
The newly renovated, partly furnished with new furniture and lovingly furnished apartment, located in an OT of Schiffdorf, at the end of a dead end.
The convenient location allows you to reach either by bicycle, car or train of the EVB (train station in about 10 minutes walk / about 15 minutes drive to Bremerhaven) various destinations.

1 bedroom with 2 box spring beds, 1 large wardrobe with safe and new TV.
1 bedroom with 2 box spring beds (joined together), 1 wardrobe with mirror.
1 bedroom with 3 beds in country style and 1 wardrobe.
(additional guest bed and baby travel cot available).
1 large, comfortable living room, with large picture window and view into the garden, fireplace, exit to the large, 30 sqm covered terrace, new LCD TV, DVD player, various DVD’s, music system.
1 dining area overlooking the garden, with new, large oak table, can accommodate up to 8 people.
1 built-in kitchen with views of the countryside, equipped with dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor, coffee and tableware, pots, glasses, cutlery, spices, coffee & tea, cleaning tabs for the dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, 2 toasters, egg cooker, microwave, 1 new Bosch Tassimo coffee machine.
