The holiday studio, redesigned in 2018, is located in the historic “Alte Brennerei” in picturesque Beckingen in the Saarland, only 14 km from Saarlouis and the border with Alsace.
The 55 m² studio can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The studio has a comfortable sofa bed of 160 x 200 cm and a gallery with mattress and slatted frame with comfortable 180 x 200 cm lying area. Here you can dream wonderful under the sloping roof window.
The studio lovingly combines historic elements with modern technology and comfortable furnishings. It has central heating, so you can make yourself comfortable in the winter.
The 37 “LCD TV has Astra satellite reception plus Sky Doku and Sky Series for your comfort. You can also use the wireless Internet access (100 Mbit) for free.
The living-dining area includes a comfortable kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Senseo Switch 2-in-1 coffee maker, toaster, kettle and microwave.
The brightly tiled modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. From the French balcony you have a beautiful view of the courtyard.
The dinette consists of an original corner seat, reminiscent of the good old times in the distillery, chairs and dining table and offers comfortable space for 4 people. The cabinet is also a lovely element from the old days.
In the garden with barbecue area you can stay wonderful. The garden is around 10,000 square meters and offers several seating areas.
With regard to other guests and their children, we ask you not to smoke in the apartment, but only in these outdoor areas.
Our region is famous for its cheerful Saarland way of life, excellent cycling and hiking trails, good and reasonably priced restaurants, numerous shopping opportunities and sights and the immediate proximity to numerous destinations.
Several premium hiking trails such as the Panorama Trail lead through extensive forests and partly untouched nature with orchids and wild roses. The edge of the forest is only 500 meters away!
Or maybe you fancy a game of miniature golf in the nearby sports and leisure center, or try your hand at football golf, the new trend sport!
In the resort, an indoor pool offers refreshment after a long day, or visit the beach in Losheim and the water park in Merzig with sauna and swimming area.
Even day trips to the near France and Luxembourg can be easily started from here.
