Boitin is located in the Mecklenburg Lake District, surrounded by several natural parks and its numerous lakes, such as: the Sternberg Lakeland 19 km and the Krakow Lake 30 km.Freizeit: In the adjacent nature park, the nature can be discovered exciting: cycling and hiking, horseback riding, Canoeing and fishing. Boat trips on the larger lakes in the nature park possible. In the vicinity: cycling through the Beke and Warnowtal, horseback riding, fishing and carriage rides on the stud Ganschow (10km). Other destinations: the Boitiner Steintanz, the archaeological open-air museum with moose in Groß Raden, the Warnow Mildenitz breakthrough valley, the miniature town and the Bützow local history museum, as well as the Barlach museum, the castle and the nature park in Güstrow.
