The duplex apartment, which incorporates the 2nd and 3rd floor, can be reached by lift. The pleasant living area features stunning views of the surrounding nature and is fitted with an open kitchen. You’ll also find the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower on this floor. A staircase takes you up to the third floor, which has a second bedroom with a large, walk-in wardrobe. The views of Land van Waas are even better from here. You can park your car in the communal garage. Outdoors, there’s a lovely terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The terrace is fully enclosed and for private use by the guests in the apartment. You can take your canoe out from the garden, straight onto the river Moervaart. The river provides great boating, fishing and swimming opportunities. There’s a village with shops, banks and public transport within walking distance. You’ll also find the ‘Domein’ nearby, which offers a golf course, sports hall and other sports facilities as well as a large playground for all ages and large swimming lakes offering various activities. The Dutch coast of Zeeland province with towns like Cadzand and Sluis is a 45-minute drive away.
