This freestanding holiday home is located in the Rheinischen Westerwald, at the intersection of Rhein and Westerwald, at the crossroads of Rheinsteig and Westerwaldsteig, in the beautiful little village of Hesseln.
The holiday home is about 115 m² and offers the following ground floor rooms: a large living room with a panoramic window, a fireplace, a TV, a seating area and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has, for example, a stove, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a water cooker and a coffee machine. Kitchen and living room have been renovated in early 2017. The bathroom has a shower, a sink with mirror and storage, a toilet and a window. There is also a double bed 180 x 200 cm on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms. One of them offers two single beds, each 90 x 200 cm, which can not be put together. The other bedroom has two single beds, 90 x 200 cm, which can be put together to form a double bed.
In front of the living room is a very large terrace from which you have a fantastic view of the Westerwald. The holiday home has a beautiful garden, about 500 m², including a garden pond. Garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit, sun umbrella and sun loungers are also available. On the property there is a parking opportunity. Due to its location and vegetation, the garden and grounds are well protected from the outside.
A travel cot and a baby chair with safety bar (Tripp Trapp) for the little ones are also available.
From the Drachenfeld in the Siebengebirge to the picturesque city of Linz, from the beautiful Rhine valley to the Limes, there are many sights in the vicinity (the latter two are even UNESCO Welterbe). At a distance of five to eight kilometers, you can do some shopping and visit a café or restaurant, as well as a lake or an indoor or outdoor swimming pool. Swimming pool. Bad Hönningen with its thermal baths is only ten kilometers away. For hikers, the Rheinsteig on the route Leutesdorf to Erpeler Ley offers one of the most beautiful hiking trails in Germany (see photos). The house is located in the middle of the town and is an ideal starting point for shorter or longer stages.
