The apartment is on the right next to the house via the private car park of the staff to the rear, private entrance / door on the far right, There is another access via a staircase to the private terrace through the conservatory.

There are shops nearby and within walking distance (Lidl – 1.4 km, net market – 850m, Aldi – 1.2 km, REWE – 1.2 km and EDEKA – 800m)
The apartment is located on Reuschenberger forest (including a 350 m entrance), in which a forest cemetery (700 m) and a game park (950 m) is located. This invites you to walk or jog.
Nearby there is a family-run Croatian “Haus Reuschenberg” (650 m) and a nice Italian restaurant “Ristorante Il Peperoncino” (850 m).
Bus lines 203 and 204 leave directly around the corner on the Mühlenweg. S-Bahnhof Küppersteg (walking distance 5-10 minutes) offers the possibility to go to Cologne or Düsseldorf. Leverkusen-Mitte train station, which can be reached with the two bus lines, has connections via the regional express routes 1 and 5. Opladen station offers the possibility to come to Wuppertal and Cologne.
The apartment is very suitable for trade fair visitors, as it is located between Dusseldorf and Cologne and both fairs can be reached quickly by train. S-Bahn stop Leverkusen-Küppersteg is 1 000 m away. There is also a P + R parking lot on both sides.
