The large holiday home is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and on-site assembly personnel. It is located in Manfort which is a part of the town of Leverkusen near Cologne. Having 5 bedrooms and a dining area, it is suitable for 16 persons.

This modern semi-detached house enjoys a spacious and open-plan living space which delights with its clean and modern furnishings throughout:
The ground floor is a friendly, light and modern open plan living room with adjoining dining area and kitchen. The living area has been fitted with modern furnishings and has an LCD TV with satellite receiver boasting over 200 channels. There is access to a sunny and private garden area.
Crockery, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine to cutlery, cutlery to many cooking tools. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Furthermore, there is a small WC with washbasin on this floor.
From the open-plan living area, there are 5 spacious bedrooms and a sunny and modern bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bath and a separate shower unit as well as towel heaters. There are also 2 separate toilets with wash basins on this floor.
There are roller shutters throughout the house – most of them automatic. There is good wireless connection in all rooms.

The house is located in the town of Leverkusen approximately 3 km from the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the property.
Public transport / motorway access:
Cologne city center and Cologne Exhibition Center is only 80 meters away. Access to the motorway A3 / A1 can be reached in about 3 minutes from the property giving easy access to the Cologne Exhibition Center or Cologne city center in about 10 minutes.

The large house is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and fitters. It is located in the district of Manfort near the center (3km away). BAUHAUS, METRO, ALDI and DM are within walking distance.
Domestic equipments:
With 4/5 bedrooms and dining / living area it is suitable for up to 14 people. There are 2x bathrooms, 3x toilets and a kitchen in the living area with stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge. From the coffee machine to the cutlery is almost everything you need in the kitchen. In the entire house we offer Wi-Fi and in the living area is an LCD TV with about 200 channels. All windows are equipped with automatic shutters. A washing machine, iron and ironing board we have also provided for you.

The motorway connection A3 / A1 can be reached within 3 minutes. The S and regional train connections to the Cologne-center or Köln-Messe are only 80 meters away from the holiday home. Via the motorway you can reach the Köln-Messe in approx. 8 minutes and the center of Cologne.
