Landscape and nature – our house is located in an idyllic location between Aichstetten and Leutkirch in the beautiful Allgäu. Whether the enjoyment of Lake swimming, surfing or paddling, the enjoyment of the Allgäu mountains while hiking, climbing or cycling, or other points of interest – from our apartments on beaver dam as a starting point, you can experience this all in close proximity.
This modern house was completed in the winter 2016th It is bright, friendly and modern. The apartment has a high quality design flooring and underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, extractor hood, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee maker. Before flat screen TV invites a cozy big couch with occasional table for cozy off. There are a total of two bedrooms available with a double bed and two single beds. In addition, the apartment has a washing machine, hairdryer, waterfall shower and WiFi.

Unfortunately we can not accept animals in our house, but see Aichstetten in the T. & S. Dog School – Pension or animal service center Bad Waldsee perfect accommodation for your pet.
With us, smoking is permitted in the fresh air outdoors only.
We rent our apartment to 1-4 people. On request and inquiry can accommodate groups up to 8 people (distributed in both apartments) are included. Reservations we accept only 2 nights.

Price:
This apartment costs for a period of 2-9 nights for one person € 45 / night per additional person + 15 € / night. For a period of 10-30 nights for one person € 40 / night per additional person + 10 € / night. For longer bookings you can send us however an inquiry. You can pay us by debit card or cash.
