The high-quality terrace house is equipped with a beautiful winter garden and terrace and suits perfectly for both exhibition guests & business people, along with families with children. The equipment is high-quality and lush, full modern furnishing in the living room (5 person couch, large TV and surround DVD), dining room (dining table for 6 people) kitchen (stove, dishwasher, fridge), bathroom/shower & toilet, guest toilet, 2 bedrooms (large cabinets and double beds), sauna for 4 people, basement with washing machine, terrace with garden and garden furniture, WLAN – connection, oil-central heating, etc. The living room is equipped with parquet, the kitchen has stylish tiles, bedroom area with carpet and laminat. The outdoor area was newly designed and you can also use the Barbecue grill upon request. Pets are not allowed due to allergies.
Hiking, cycling, wellness & wine: Nearby you will find enchanting hiking options through the hills and forests, past lakes and castles. Of course, it is also great for cycling tours! Those who want to discover romantic vineyards and the first-class Stuttgart wines and want to enjoy will find a lot of options. For example, at the countless wine festivals in and around Stuttgart, int he typical half private inns, also called ostrich and cycling inns. A term for self-created wine. On altogether four different wine hiking paths you can experience seven different tours in the hilly wine and vineyard landscape. In no other German large city are the vineyards so present as in Stuttgart. Those who want to really relax after long hiking days can discover one of the most beautiful sauna/wellness parks in the country in the nearby SI centre and unwind here.
