This newly built detached house with 2 separate apartments is located just outside the famous and centrally located village Leogang, on the edge of the Salzburgerland and Tyrol, on the sunny side of the valley. You will stay in the ground floor apartment with enough space and lots of privacy, you will have a cosy living room with TV, sitting corner and dining corner, a kitchen fitted with all appliances and 2 bedrooms which share the modern bathroom. The two patio doors in the living room lead you directly to the spacious garden with a lovely terrace with pretty views of the surrounding mountains. As added luxury the basement is equipped with a lovely relaxing space with sauna (from winter 2012/2013 -communal use) In winter the free ski bus – at about 600 m – takes you to the famous Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area in no time, a true paradise for snow lovers. But of course there are plenty of possibilities for non-skiers too, pretty, tidy walking paths, luge, langlauf the track run directly past your front door – and simply enjoying tranquillity and space. In the other seasons Leogang and the immediate proximity has a lot to offer to active holiday makers and those looking for rest alike. Leogang is known throughout Europe for its huge mountainbiking facilities.
