The right part of this house is divided into two tasteful, modern apartments, ideal for families or friends travelling together. The apartment on the ground floor is spacious and has a practical layout, with a living room with a cosy wood-burning stove and direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. In the basement you’ll find the second bedroom and bathroom. The apartment on the first floor is 59 m2 large and also has a modern and practical interior. The cathedral ceiling makes for a very spacious atmosphere and a typical Austrian feel. The apartment consists of a living room with direct access to the balcony, an open kitchen equipped with all modern comforts, 2 magnificent bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room can also be used as a bedroom, creating even more privacy. In the basement, which can be reached both via an interior and an exterior staircase, there’s a washing machine and a lovely private sauna with shower and toilet where you can unwind after a long day out. Complete luxury! The ski storage in the house is shared with the guests staying in the left side of the house. Leogang is one of the most popular spring, summer, and autumn destinations of Austria due to its wide variety of activities on offer. There are lots of opportunities in the direct vicinity for mountain biking, golf, hiking, glacier skiing, paragliding, horseback riding and of course for people who are looking for peace and quiet. For winter, no further explanation is needed. The largest skiing area in Austria, Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn, is on your doorstep here.
