The lavishly refurbished loft right in the center of the city allows you as a guest to enjoy the stay in an environmentally conscious way.
The ecological interior is from N51E12 from Germany, all furniture was made especially for the loft and made of wood, metal and glass. Consciously, plastics were dispensed with within the living space.
The timeless Bauhaus design of N51E12 exudes a unique lift character and is unique in Leipzig’s hotel and apartment world.
The Green Residence is an eco-friendly housing project in which guests can handle the energy and available resources responsibly. The ecological features of the apartment include modern energy saving systems and furniture. Energy saving, recycling and eco-friendly behaviors can be found in all areas of the Green Residence.

The boutique hotel is located in the middle of the trendy district of the southern suburb of Leipzig, near the city center and the popular Karl-Liebknecht Strasse, also called “Karli”. The transport connection is excellent, located near the Bavarian station, easy to reach by S-Bahn, tram and bus.
Cultural and architectural features are located right in front of the boutique hotel, such as the Lutheran Peters Church with adjoining park.
