Our cozy 3 room apartment of 65 m2 is located in the attic and in a perfect location to the Karl-Heine street.
The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom (with bath), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The living room has a dining area and a TV. Internet (WLAN) are available free of charge.

The neighborhood
In direct proximity to the Karl-Heine road, which offers so much for the physical well-being on the day or also in the evening. You can also visit our Karl-Heine Canal.
The Karl Heine Canal is an approximately 3.3 km long artificial watercourse in the west of the city of Leipzig, which connects the Lindenau Harbor with the White Elster. It is spanned by 15 bridges and is navigable by small boats. As a monument preservation allotment “canal, Uferbefestigungen as well as bridges” the channel is a Leipziger cultural monument.
