The distance to the riparian forest is about 1 km and the Elster-Saale-channel about 100 m, to Kulkwitzer lake about 8 km to the bus stop 250 m. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank and post office, restaurant are just 10 minutes away by car from our apartment. A gas station is located on the outskirts. Free parking in fenced plot at the house entrance.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a two family house, which is located on a quiet side street with a few single-family and multi-family homes. There is free parking directly outside the house.

Economy / Traffic
