In the approximately 45 square meter two-room apartment you can feel yourself at home. For your stay you everything is available, you need to bring is your suitcase. You can expect an apartment furnished:
– Cozy bedroom with double bed (140×200 cm), 7-zone slatted frame and a suitable allergic cold foam mattress
– Large cozy living room with sofa bed (140x240cm)
– Bathroom with tub
– Separate, fully equipped kitchen
– WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS
The apartment is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is located about 6 minutes from the central station and the city center (600m). Zoo you also achieved in less than 10 minutes. A tram stop is right around the corner. Here you can by tram directly to the fair or go into the other parts of the city of Leipzig. Also by car you are in less than 10 minutes at the fair or the highway. Parking is free in front of the apartment – in the side streets from 18: 00-6: 00 PM. The airport can be reached from the main station by suburban train in about 15 minutes. You can arrive Monday-Friday from 17:00 or by appointment, on the weekend we can arrange this individually
Since the apartment has a separate bedroom and living room with sofa bed, it is ideal for two to four guests.

The apartment is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is about 6 minutes walk from the main station and the city center (600m). The Zoo is therefore less than a 10-minute walk away. A tram stop is just around the corner. Here you can take the tram directly to the fair or to other parts of Leipzig. So you can be in less than 10 minutes at the fair or the motorway by car. Parking is free in front of the apartment – in the side streets from 6pm to 6am. The airport can be reached from the main station by S-Bahn in about 15 minutes.
As the apartment has a separate sleeping and living room with sofa bed, it is ideal for two to four guests.
