Property Description
The house is located on our property in Leipzig-Holzhausen. It was lovingly restored in the year, 2015. It has a spacious room with double bed, 2 armchairs, a small table with chairs and a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with kettle, toaster and all necessary dishes. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Towels and sheets are available to our guests free of charge. The villa has a 18 sqm large terrace with seating and barbecue grills. In summer an outdoor pool with available. Parking is available directly at the property.
Whether after a hard day of work or business or a long day’s sightseeing in the city, here you enjoy a relaxing end of your day at the fish pond, under shady trees or sunbathe on your terrace …
The City of Leipzig is easily accessible by public transport. The bus to the famous “Karli” holds about 2 minutes away from the house. The tram, which takes you directly to the city center and the main train station, it is about a 10 min walk or 1 station by bus. This tram will take you also to Red Bull Arena.
Other attractions such as the Völkerschlachtdenkmal, the Bavarian Station, Russian church, the Gasometer, the MDR-Media City and the German Library can be found in the vicinity and easy to reach by public transport. Weather permitting, the different lakes attract with their sand and natural beaches or one of the numerous cafes and restaurants on the waterfronts.
