Property Description
In our listed building we have a total of 4 apartments. The smallest (42 square meters) is on the ground floor (Hochparterre) with entrance from the courtyard or via the winter garden from the street. The largest room is actually furnished as a kitchen (EBK) in the event that the apartments are booked as a combination of several families, who want to cook once together. Since this is seldom booked, we have (as a seat) disguised there a bed (90×200), so that the kitchen for one person as a bedroom can serve. This gives the living room its character, and you do not have to build beds daily on the double sofa bed (140×190). The living room has the view to the small village church at the Anliegerstraße, the “kitchen” has windows to the large four-sided courtyard. Through a small hallway one comes from the living room to the shower bath and to a cozy solar veranda (not heatable) with historically interesting designed windows. There is also a trimming wheel, which you can use in bad weather instead of a real bike for your individually comprehensible bike tours (suggestions we have worked out). Our area is open and wide, rural, flat and with well-signposted cycling network (cycling by numbers). Our village is located on the edge of the biosphere reserve Elbtalaue, near the mouth of the river Havel in the Elbe.
