Property Description
Our house is located in a central and quiet location in Prem and covers about 55 m².
The brightly decorated apartment is on the first Floor of our private house and can accommodate 2 – 3 people.
We offer a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee maker.
In our daylight bathroom is a separate shower, bath and toilet.
The bedroom has a double and travel cot. A pull-out couch is available in the living and dining area.
Fresh towels, bed linen and toilet paper, kitchen roll, dishes, etc. are of course included.
Our west-facing balcony overlooking the beautiful Allgäu is accessible from the bedroom and living area. Seating and parasol are available.
We offer radio and TV. (Wi-Fi on request)
A parking space is located in front of the house. For your motorcycles and bicycles or other leisure equipment we also have a storage facility.
Even anglers and nature lovers come with us at your expense: tips and knowledge about local lakes and fish species, we are happy to pass. Upon request, fishing charts & boats can be purchased at our surrounding lakes.
For idyllic and interesting walks around Prem extensive cycling and hiking trails are available. A Moorlehrpfad can be visited. Information documents u. Hiking maps are available in the apartment.
Also enthusiastic water sportsmen come here not too short. Many small lakes and the Forggensee with panoramic views of mountains and castles offer a welcome change and invite to unforgettable hours. We are happy to help you with your tour.
A bank, bakery and butcher are only 3 – 5 minutes walk away.
Our free-range chickens can deliver you fresh breakfast eggs on request.
For a varied holiday colorful Gemixte destinations for young and old are in the immediate vicinity.
