For shared use: garden (fenced), lawn for sunbathing. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Grocery, restaurant, bakery, café 230 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, outdoor swimming pool 2.2 km, bathing lake “Ried” 1 km. Golf course 8 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 500 m, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car, ski rental 750 m, ski bus stop 230 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 750 m, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis 7 km, Kaunertaler Gletscher 35 km. Free ski bus service to the ski region Fendels and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
